Oola Fit Peeps. Allow me to share a story about me. In high school and college, I was a victim of bullying. Honestly, I was overweight, unfit and dislikes physical exercises. I love sports but I hate training. I want to be in the starting line up but I don't to train for it. Over the years, I started to take my physical fitness seriously. I love to give my clients HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Functional Training, Light to Medium Weight Training and Agility Training. If you are looking to lose weight, gain weight healthily, and stay in shape. Come and train with me. I am ready to support YOU!

I know I will give you my 100% whenever I come to any personal training sessions. Not only you are equipped with challenging physical training, I will  share some mental training tips to help you get through your day. Sharing of healthy meals would complete the package. About 71% of the Earth's surface is water-covered, and the oceans hold about 96.5% of all Earth's water. Isn't it time that you learn on  how to swim? My classes are open for all ages. Not only it offers you the survial skills, it is a good relaxing and also helps to go easy on those knees.
