Simple - Easy to Cook Breakfast

Breakfast is one the most important meal of the day. I once had a bad habit of skipping breakfast and it took a toll on my body. I went to office and by 9 am I was gorging a meal suitable for lunch. Today Nutrition Tuesday will focus on preparing an easy to cook breakfast but the nutrient values are aplenty.


You need these ingredients

1 or 2 eggs

A handful edamame beans (or more)

2 slices of bread (whole meal or white depends on your preference, whole meal is better)

Peanut butter spread.

Half or 1 avocado


Here's how you prepare for it

Boiled the eggs and edamame (boil with a dash of salt or not)

Spread the peanut butter on the bread

Cut the avocado and scoop the flesh and spread around the bread.

Break the boiled eggs and slice and spread it to the peanut butter bread.


This meal is a sure-fire and easy to make cause it takes me around 8 minutes to prepare for it. The benefits are:-


a. Avocado - Healthy fats for your body and helps to build muscles

b. Protein - From the eggs, for more muscle building food.

c. Carbohydrates - From the bread. Total eradication of carbo foods are not good for the kidneys in the long run.

d. Peanut butter - Energy giving food.

e. Edamame - Low fat snacks.
