Snacks Galore!!

In the midst of the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus everywhere, it is important for everyone of us are equipped with sound knowledge of the virus and practise good social responsibility towards oneself, our family and our surroundings.
There will be instances that some of us will be required to work from home. I guess there are many pros and cons in working from home. The lure of the bed, the snacks which are available to us, and other forms of distractions.
As mentioned, the snacks that are available to you are very tempting and it should be. I would like to suggest that you choose responsibly. Though, the picture depicts late night snacks, there are also readily available day and night.
Apart from the usual food intake, there is also a need for you to do some exercises or some form of physical activities that can help you in your concentration and keep off the weight from creeping in. My suggestion would be to take at least 30 minute workout breaks in between your work. You can write to me for any ideas or join my online workout training plans.
